Delete your DetaApart account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or with this form.

This is the account and data deletion page of the DetaApart mobile app (Android package name: com.detaapart.apartmanyonetim), published by [PLACEHOLDER: Developer name — identical to the developer name on Google Play and the App Store].

You can delete your account inside the app, or without the app using the form on this page.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the DetaApart app and sign in.
  2. From the home screen, go to Settings.
  3. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm and enter your password.

Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.

Without the app

If your account is pending approval, suspended, your trial or subscription has expired, or you no longer use the app, send the form below with the email address registered to your account. We may write to that address to confirm the account is yours. Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest and you are told the result by email.

You can also use the same form to ask for specific data to be deleted without deleting your account. You can delete the records you added in the app yourself at any time.

The information you send is processed to answer your request, as described in the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy.

30-day recovery period

After a deletion request your account is held for 30 days. During that time you can sign in with the same email and password and choose Recover Account to get it back. After 30 days your account and the data below are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Deleted

  • Your sign-in account and profile (first and last name, email, phone, national ID number, occupation, city, organization, profile photo)
  • The buildings, flats and commercial units you own, with their tenant, rental agreement, rent and bill records
  • Expenses, recurring payments, maintenance records and the service directory
  • Receipt photos, agreement files and other documents you uploaded
  • Notifications and announcements addressed to you, and your push token

Buildings that another user shared with you are not deleted; only your access to them is removed.

Kept, and for how long

  • Backups: daily backups are kept for 14 days. Your deleted data leave the backups at the latest when that period ends.
  • Deletion record: a record showing that the deletion was carried out, without your name or email (account ID and date), is kept for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period for deletion records].
  • Your request and related correspondence: kept for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period for form messages] to prove the request was fulfilled.

If you have a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel it; cancel it in your store settings first. You can also send your request by email: destek@detapart.com
